Return/Exchange Policy

 

Eligibility

If you wish to exchange your order, we will need to be notified by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

For returns/refunds, we must be notified within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Products must be in NEW condition with all original packaging. No returns or exchanges on wheels that have been mounted.

 

Fees/Charges

All returns and exchanges are subjected to a 20% restocking fee and a charge for shipping. This also applies to orders that have been cancelled/changed while in shipping. Cancellation due to delays in shipping will also result in a restocking fee.

Processed orders and pre-orders are subjected to a 5% transaction fee upon cancellation and all shipping charges (if applicable).

 

Processing Procedure

Exchanges and refunds will only be processed once the original order has arrived and inspected. Any damages that may occur during the shipment back to Aodhan Wheels Canada will be the customer's responsibility. If a return is denied, the order will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

 

Important Points

The customer is held responsible for verifying that all information on invoices are correct/accurate before payment.

Restocking fee does not apply to damaged wheels (manufacturer defect), however customers will be required to pay all shipping charges to and from AODHAN Canada. 

Payments for shipping are not refundable once the product has been shipped out.

Wheels that have been custom made (re-drilled, painted etc.) are non-returnable, exchangeable or refundable. Although handled with extreme care, note that re-drilling a wheel may cause some minor machining marks, chips or blemishes around the lug holes.

We are not responsible for any slight color variations between different batches of wheels. Color differences between wheel batches is not a valid reason for exchange or return.

 

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact and shipping information at checkout and to respond to any communication from us regarding their order.

 

Unclaimed Orders

If we are unable to complete delivery or arrange pickup due to a lack of response from the customer, and we have made multiple contact attempts, the order will be considered unclaimed after 60 days from the first attempted contact.

 

Abandoned Orders

After 60 days with no response, the order will be deemed abandoned. At that point:

  • The customer will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  • The order may be cancelled at our discretion.
  • A store credit will be issued.

 

No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed or abandoned orders. Only store credit will be provided, and only if the customer contacts us within one (1) year of the original order date.

 

Disposition of Goods

We reserve the right to resell unclaimed products after the 60-day holding period has passed.
