Warranty Policy


We offer a 1-year basic warranty on all of our wheels to the original purchaser. This only includes materials and workmanship of the product. All warranty claims must be approved before a replacement or credit is sent.


Warranty Claim Process

Warranty claims may only be processed/accepted once the original order has arrived and inspected by Aodhan USA or if Aodhan Canada has been granted authority. Any damages that may occur during the shipment back will be the customer's responsibility. Aodhan Canada is not responsible to cover or offer compensation for the costs of tire mounting and un-mounting or any time loss during this process.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Ace Distribution. As there are delays that can occur, we are not responsible for any time lost during this process.


Damaged Orders from Shipping

If possible, always inspect the package on arrival and note damages with the delivery driver if any. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery date. Please email us with images of the packaging and the product. Without pictures, we will not be able to open a claim. Do not mount the wheels on tires before the situation is settled. It is important to keep all original packaging contents.

All shipping damages must be reported to us and the shipping company as soon as possible. The damages will then be processed as a claim with the shipping company. Until the claim has been settled, we are not able, nor responsible to offer any compensation or solution. 


Shipping Claims Process:


All damages or loss that may occur from shipping will be covered under the carrier's maximum liability. This means that the carrier will only be able to cover their maximum liability, which is not the value of the product. The carrier may also decline any responsibility as insurance was not purchased.



All damages or loss that may occur from shipping will be covered to the full extent of the insurance policy. This means that the carrier will reimburse the value of damage or items lost.


What is not Covered under Warranty

Due to complications, we are no longer able offer any warranty on Vacuum finishes. Please read our Wheel Care guide for information on how to properly care for the wheels.

We are not responsible for any slight color variations between different batches of wheels. 

Wheels equipped with improper tires sizes (ex: stretched tires) will be void of warranty.

Custom colors and custom re-drilled wheels are not covered under warranty. Wheels that have been custom made (re-drilled, painted etc.) are non-returnable, exchangeable or refundable. Although handled with extreme care, re-drilling a wheel may cause some machining marks, chips or blemishes around the lug holes. 



All spacers come with a basic 1-year warranty on material & workmanship.

If you would like to exchange or refund a spacer order, we need to be notified within 14 days of receiving your order.

The order will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee and a charge for shipping.

Spacers that can be returned/refunded must be in NEW condition and all original packaging.

Spacers that have been installed or test fitted (with visible scratches and wear) will NOT be accepted as an exchange or refund.
